Tampa Elite Aquatics–Manta Rays

When starting the USA Swimming club, Tampa Elite Aquatics – Manta Rays, the club reached out to Nicole to help direct us with our branding, mission and vision statements, marketing, and much more.  Before the first swimmer hit the pool we felt it was important that we create a logo and brand that was clean and recognizable.  With Nicole’s leadership we were able to create the name Tampa Elite Aquatics – Manta Rays with the acronym TEAM.  Not only would this catch people’s eyes, it spoke strongly about our Mission and Vision – to create ELITE citizens through the commitment to excellence in swimming and cultivate high-level swimming through a commitment to community and culture. 

The pandemic has obviously affected so many people and small businesses.  As a new organization we certainly had our concerns.  Luckily with Nicole’s direction we were able to grow our membership by more than 200% during these tough times.  She helped us engage our current members, as well as perspective clients, by educating on how the athletes could safely return to the pool during all the uncertainty within our community.

As we continue to grow our program, we will continue to utilize Nicole’s services.  She is currently helping us with developing marketing, merchandizing and social media strategies to grow our brand. She has also and will continue to provide proactive communications solutions to ensure our current membership is informed on upcoming competitions, practice times and locations, USA Swimming guidelines and other pertinent information related to the sport of swimming.  

We owe a large amount of our success as a club to Nicole’s leadership.  She has helped us take our programs to heights that we did not imagine possible. We cannot wait to continue our relationship into the future!
